This Privacy Policy explains how DEI BDC System ("Company", "we", "us" or "our") will handle and safeguard the information you provide when you use our service(s) listed in Covered Services section below ("Service"). Please read below our Privacy Policy for a clear explanation of how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information.

1. Applicable range

Privacy Policy content, including how this system handles personal identification data collected when you use system services. The Privacy Policy does not apply to related linked websites outside the system (for example: third-party payment), nor does it apply to people who are not entrusted or involved in management by the system.

2. Collection, processing and utilization of personal data

• As you visit the system or use the service provided by the system, you may be asked to provide necessary personal information depending on the function of the service. This personal data will be used and processed in the scope of specific purposes. The personal data will not be used for other purposes without your prior written consent.
• As you register the device, the system will keep the location of your case, displaying the specific location data in the map function of the case. If you don’t want to keep it, you can edit the case information to revise the geographical location by yourself.
• During browsing, the server will record relative information automatically, including the IP location of the connection device that you use, log-in time, model of the mobile phone used and operation record. The record is solely for authorized personnel and internal reference for improving the service or management. It will never be open to public.
• To offer more specific service, we will collect the feedback from your device(s) for internal analysis and calculation. The result will be displayed in statistics or textual description, which will be used for internal research to improve our service quality (for instance, improving the accuracy of failure prediction). Furthermore, statistics and textual description may be shown if needed, but under no circumstances will we reveal your personal information.

3. Data Protection

• The mainframe of this system is equipped with firewalls, antivirus systems and other related information security equipments for necessary security protection reasons. Strict protection measures are adopted to protect the system and your personal data. Only authorized personnel can access your personal data. All relevant personnel and our affiliates have signed the non-disclosure agreement and will be punished by relevant laws if confidentiality obligations are violated in any way.
• In some cases where we entrust other business units and/or affiliates to provide our services, this system will also strictly require them to abide by their confidentiality obligations and will take necessary inspection procedures to ensure that they do indeed comply.
• All passwords are protected by a hash function that cannot be traced back. In the event that the system is attacked by a hacker, the original password cannot be stolen to ensure the security of your account.

4. External links

If the system provides network links to other websites, you can click to enter other websites through the links provided by the system. However, the linked website does not apply to the Privacy Policy established for this system. You must refer to the privacy protection policy in the linked website.

5. Policies for sharing personal data with third parties

This system will never provide, exchange, rent or sell any of your personal data to other individuals, groups, private enterprises or public authorities, but those with legal basis or contractual obligations are not limited to this scope.

The circumstances of the provisos in the preceding paragraph include but are not limited to:

• With your written consent.
• Clearly stated by the law.
• To avoid danger or hazards to your life, body, freedom or property.
• Cooperation with public agencies or academic research institutions is necessary for statistical or academic research based on public interest, and the data is processed or collected by the provider and the specific party cannot be identified according to the way it is exposed.
• When your behavior in the system violates the terms of service or may damage or hinder the rights of the system and other users or causes damage to anyone, the system management unit analyzes and exposes your personal data to identify, contact or take necessary legal action.

• When the system entrusts a store or contractor to assist in collecting, processing or using your personal data, it will be responsible for supervising and managing the outsourced store or contractor.

6. Use of Cookies

In order to make your experience with us more convenient and to provide you with the best service, while using this system through a browser, this system will place and retrieve our cookies on your computer. Please note that by doing so, certain features and functions of the system may fail to execute normally.

7. Amendment to the Privacy Protection Policy

• If there is a translation inadequacy in the content of the multi-language policies, the Simplified Chinese one will be the basis.
